At Neolith Surfaces, we offer our customers complete peace of mind with worktops that are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please be aware that the warranty is issued by the slab manufacturer, not the fabricators who create the worktops.
Once the Neolith worktop has been installed, in order to benefit from the Warranty, it must be registered in accordance with the Warranty Conditions and within a maximum period of 6 months from the purchase date stated on the invoice. The Warranty is personal and non-transferable, so it must be registered by the end consumer.
Warranty Activation
To register your warranty, you will be asked a set of questions. Please find the guide below on what information to enter.
If you purchased Neolith worktops directly from us (Neolith Surfaces) then select "United Kingdom".
2. Where Was It Purchased
Depending on how you purchased Neolith worktops, you will be asked "Where was it purchased?".
If you purchased Neolith worktops directly from us (Neolith Surfaces) then select "Marble Producer".
Otherwise, if you purchased Neolith worktops as part of your kitchen project with a kitchen studio then select "Kitchen Store".
Additionally, you will be asked to enter the Vendor information.
If you purchased Neolith worktops directly from us (Neolith Surfaces), then please enter the following information .
- Name/ point of sale: Rock Revelations (London) Ltd
- Email: you may leave this blank if you are unsure who your contact was
- City: Brigstock, Northamptonshire
- Country: United Kingdom
If you purchased Neolith worktops through a kitchen studio then enter their details.
To register your warranty, you’ll need to submit your details – including your name, address, and email address.
You will be asked to select your Neolith colour from a dropdown list.
You will be asked to select your usage from the availabile options.
- Option 1: Countertop
- Option 2: Countertop and backsplash (splashback)
Additionally you will need to provide the following information.
- Barcode: You will have to contact us to obtain this information as this will not be on your invoice.
- Receipt No: Enter your invoice number from us or your from your kitchen studio.
- Receipt Date: Enter the date on the invoice.
- Invoice: Upload a PDF or JPG of your invoice.
